LexiFlow Technologies™ develops Evidence Intelligence Systems™ that transform complex records into structured, verifiable intelligence. The platform is designed for legal and regulated environments where documentation, traceability, and defensible outputs are critical.
Veritas Case™ is built to organize complex evidence into structured, defensible litigation intelligence.
Veritas Case™ begins with evidence — not notes, summaries, or speculation.
The system transforms evidence into organized litigation intelligence including exhibits, timelines, contradictions, and claims.
Every output remains traceable to the underlying record.
Platform architecture designed for trusted, high-accountability environments.
Outputs are designed to remain anchored to the underlying record.
Built to move beyond document storage into organized litigation intelligence.
LexiFlow Technologies™ develops and operates software systems for legal and regulated workflows. The company architecture separates category, platform engine, and system layer so the business can scale beyond a single use case.
LexiFlow Technologies™ develops platform systems for legal and regulated environments where documentation, traceability, and defensible outputs matter.

Kelly Freidin is the founder of LexiFlow Technologies™, a company focused on developing Evidence Intelligence Systems™ for professional environments where complex records must be analyzed, organized, and understood with precision.
Kelly grew up in Cupertino, California during the early years of Silicon Valley’s technological expansion. His exposure to computing began in elementary school when he was introduced to DOS and UNIX systems by his stepfather, an engineer at Silicon Graphics.
During that period, his stepfather was among the early professionals working remotely from home using a Silicon Graphics workstation connected through one of the early DSL lines, providing Kelly with hands-on exposure to professional computing systems and engineering workflows at a young age. Kelly also had access to one of the early Macintosh computers through his mother’s workplace, further shaping his early experience with emerging technology.
He later studied computer systems and networking at De Anza College, focusing on data systems, networking, UNIX environments, and Windows NT infrastructure. In the late 1990s, Kelly worked as a UNIX Systems Administrator for an investment banking firm in the Financial District of San Francisco, reinforcing a strong appreciation for system reliability, operational discipline, and secure infrastructure.
Following his early technology career, Kelly spent 24 years operating a design-build construction company, holding multiple California contractor licenses including General, Landscape, Concrete, and Pool Contractor classifications. During that time he managed complex projects, coordinated teams, and oversaw large operational workflows.
The concept for LexiFlow Technologies™ first emerged in October 2025 after observing how difficult it is for professionals to transform large volumes of records and evidence into structured intelligence.
In fields such as law, investigations, and regulated industries, critical information is often buried inside documents, communications, and evidence. Existing software rarely helps users move efficiently from raw records to organized reasoning.
LexiFlow Technologies™ was created to address that gap. The platform is built around Veritas Core™, a reasoning and evidence-analysis engine designed to structure complex records into traceable intelligence. Systems are built on top of that engine.
The first of those systems is Veritas Case™, focused on legal evidence workflows. Future systems including Veritas Attest™ and Veritas Medical™ extend the platform into other regulated environments.
In particular, the long-term vision for Veritas Medical™ is to help organize and analyze complex medical records in ways that may support medical research and contribute to future advances in healthcare knowledge.
Kelly is a father of four and is motivated by building durable systems and a long-term company designed to endure for generations.
Veritas Core™ serves as the platform engine. Veritas Case™ is the current legal system built on that foundation, with future systems able to extend from the same underlying architecture.
The core reasoning engine of the LexiFlow platform. Veritas Core™ powers systems built on top of it, including Veritas Case™.
